How do I place an order?

 

I have had the most success with reaching my audience through social media and auction sites, therefore this website is an information site only. 

 

I have found it much easier and more time efficient to maintain my facebook page and ebay, rather than a website.  I have also had the privilege to have a much more personal shopping experience with my customers.  I welcome all and many enquires and valued feedback.

 

All currently available wallets can be viewed at the MollyB Facebook page.

(The link can be found on both of the products pages). 

It's as simple as choosing a wallet you like from "Albums" and then sending me a message. 

 

My wallets are also regularly listed on Ebay (MollyB handmade or LOX2869) and all current listings can be seen in "Shop" on the menu bar. (You may not be able to view on your mobile).

The number of wallets listed at any one time is limited as I only receive 40 free listings a month.  To ensure my  products remain affordable I do not use paid listings.

Payment & Shipping

 

Payment is required within 2 days of agreement to purchase unless other arrangements have been made.

 

Postage is FREE *

All Packages are shipped using standard Australia Post within 24 hrs of payment.

 

I am in WA so please allow 5 to 10 working days for your wallet to arrive.

Pick up can be arranged from Albany WA, 6330.

 

*If you would like your wallet sooner, then other postage options are available but at additional cost to you.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

Once your email is provided to me, payment is made using Paypal, which now also offers you buyer protection for purchases outside of Ebay. 

 

Direct bank deposit is also available.

Returns & Refunds

 

​​​All wallets are created and made by me and personally inspected at each step of production so chances of faults are greatly minimised, however I am happy to  replace your wallet at no expense to you only in the case of faulty workmanship. Full refunds can be negotiated.

 

All return claims must be submitted within 24hrs of recieving your wallet.

A stamped envelope will then be posted to you for the return of the faulty product and a replacement provided.

 

I am also happy to "swap" if you have been given a fabric you are not fond of, but all postage costs are to be paid by you.  In this case, all wallets must be returned within 7 days at your expense, in original packaging and to be un-used.  I will post replacement once I have received the unwanted item.
